Rüdiger Hoins advises clients regarding corporate finance, investment analysis, cash flow management, corporate valuation and controlling. At the international auditing firm PWC, Rüdiger Hoins advised top management of leading industrial, technology and healthcare companies. As Director of Finance and Controlling, he contributed to the growth and success of two companies in the health care and machine tool industries. In 1999, Rüdiger Hoins co-founded CCMB Management Consulting.

Clients value his experience, judgement and negotiating skills in planning and implementing international projects. Practical insights Rüdiger Hoins has gained in strategic controlling (...doing the right things) and operational controlling (…doing things right) support effective implementation.

Rüdiger Hoins studied at Hamburg University, where he earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree, with emphasis on business and financial management. A German native, he is fluent in German and English. In his free time, he pursues his passion for collecting and driving cars.
