Wilfried Hofrichter

Wilfried Hofrichter is a recognized expert with regard to mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and divestitures. He has extensive management, consulting and entrepreneurial experience. At the international consulting firms KMPG and PWC, he successfully led cross-functional teams and managed complex, international projects. In 1999, Wilfried Hofrichter co-founded CCMB Management Consulting.

Clients value his negotiating skills, pragmatic approach and team leadership abilities. Wilfried Hofrichter advises top management in manufacturing and service industries with regard to strategic and business development issues. He is also a director of the non-profit trade association “Bay-to-Bio” that serves the life science and healthcare industries.

Wilfried Hofrichter studied at Hamburg University, where he earned a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree, with emphasis on business and technical management. A German native, he is fluent in German and English. In his free time, he pursues his passion for music, which includes playing guitar in a local band.
